How to install Visual Pinball 10 X on Windows 10 Pro 2004
STEP 1: Extract this package to C:\Visual Pinball
STEP 2: After extracting install C:\Visual Pinball\VPX6setup.exe in the same directory you installed that package. ?? C:\Visual Pinball
STEP 3: Install C:\Visual Pinball\UltraDMDSetup.msi
STEP 4: Install C:\Visual Pinball\VPinMAME\Setup64.exe
STEP 5: Run this batch file C:\Visual Pinball\PinUPSystem\PinUpPlayerRegister.bat
Now you can start a pinball table.
If you not getting the Score/DMD by some of the tables you can do the follow thing:
When you press F1 during game, it open a window and try to Use external DMD (dll)
Open with any notepad C:\Visual Pinball\VpinMAME\DmdDevice.ini and edit this line from false to true.
; virtual dmd stays on top of all other windows
stayontop = true
Restart the table ??

When you open the Setup64.exe you get a menu, puss on install, then YES, when it's say Visual PinMAME installed succesfully! everthing is fine then;)

looks like there is some corruption on some of the mirrors or something? I've downloaded three (dropbox, blomp, sharepoint) and they all report "Unexpected end of archive" in WinRAR. Thoughts?

Regarding ghostbusters, they are not the same table:

That is the one included and it is, as it says in the description, an orginal tabel, something this user mad himself and describe like this:
"The layout is based on the Ghostbusters table by Stern, but there are some differences in the layout, like 2 captive balls, gates at the top lanes, holographic Slimer, wire ramps, etc. The graphics were done by me using Photoshop with images found on the internet."
So they are not the same as seen here:

There was something about the LE version being removed because it used dll files from the farsight version.

After i rescan the file with HitmanPro there will be a Riskware named PinUpDOF.exe it can no harm but you can delete this file.
LET'S BE CLEAR. THE #1 most common issue in setting up PinUP is your ANTI-VIRUS. If you use the Windows GUI and turn off defender (windows will AUTOMATICALLY turn it back on after a while). The only method is to ADD exceptions for PinUP folder and your virtual pinball folders (or remove permanently/entirely anti-virus through group-policies or other methods).

Shrek and No Good Goffers, there's no dmd/score ??? only the playfield...

Avengers, i can put coins but i can't start, when i press 1 nothing's happening, and the table says "locating balls" all the time...
Space Station, you can see only the last 2-3 numbers of your score...
Munsters, the 4 pup screens aren't working at all...
Stranger Things, the video window is too big it covers like half of the playfield and i don't know how to resize it my mouse arrow disappears when i try to click on it...

Thanks, i solved the no dmd problem with Alt + Tab...I tried F1 and checking ExternalDmd but that didn't work...
VerwijderenI noticed that for some tables the vp9 versions look and play better than the vp10 versions... Congo, vp9 batch mod version looks better and has the original amazing flow...
Also, Checkpoint, i tried the vp10 version that looks better but the ball looks too big and can't go through the ramp maybe 1 out of 10 times but i didn't had that problem with the vp9 batch mod version where i can hit the ramp 5-6 times in a row...

If you want to download full set (604 tables) from google drive (~78 go) i suggest you to use FreeFileSync (https://freefilesync.org/) to Synchronise Google Drive directory with your local directory to avoid download errors: if a connection cut occurs, it will restart at the point it ends

For DMDs it is useful to update the DMDDevice.dll file.

Big thanks i did already update the hole system for the new package, but it's still not finish, still add more than 200 tables to the package, and i work long shifts those days, so got a little time for it right now. So the new package comes later this year!

The warning is a legal question. Since you play at home and for non-commercial use (hobby use, no financial gain) then you are lawfully ok to click YES unless the copyright owner (If in a copyright-bound country) has specifically denied the right to emulate. In the latter case, the emulation should be removed from all distribution.
